In the sweltering humidity of a Tennessee summer, four inseparable friends—Leo, Mia, Jax, and Sam—are facing the end of an era. With high school graduation behind them and the pressure of "real life" looming, Leo convinces the group to finish their secret project: The Cricket, a vessel built from scrapyard parts and theoretical physics.
