Later, Andy and Freddy cut loose in a much needed night out that all becomes a bit much for Andy when he descends into a painful bout of self-pity. Meanwhile Simon is having second thoughts about how he's chosen to deal with Andy's diagnosis.

Conrad's career starts to affect the boys in unexpected ways--particularly Simon. Andy comes to terms with what Tom means and represents, and all the boys are left with a sense of 'what comes next?'.

As Andy and Conrad both process potentially career-launching opportunites, the boys all take stock of how far they've come. Andy and Simon run into each other for the first time in months. Freddy and Andy have some unfinished business to take care of, and Andy finally goes to therapy to confront the past few months.
