They inform the girls that a group of eligible bachelors will be visiting for a country weekend. The girls are expected to be proper hostesses, and remain ladylike through the whole weekend, even while the boys spend the night at Hedsor Hall!

The girls get a taste of the real world, London style, as they are introduced to their next challenge. They are challenged to work for 24 hours at the Palm Hotel in London, as cooks, housekeepers, and receptionists.

The girls must face their past by teaching a rowdy group of prospective students how to be ladies. A fight ensues when one of the prospective students threatens to punch one of the girls.

The final three remaining girls, Brianna, Kimberly and Samantha, head into their final days at Hedsor Hall with a tedious and thorough examination. The girls must perform to perfection every task and lesson they have learned thus far, such as cooking, flower arrangement, even walking with a book and a cup full of water on their heads.
