Professor Lahiri turns violent and attacks Inder Mohan Jaiswal, the prosecution lawyer. Inder uses this event to prove that Lahiri is a werewolf and he attacked and killed Sunanda Chatwal. However, KD Pathak claims in the court that Lahiri is mentally ill and needs medical treatment. Following the court’s order, Lahiri is admitted to a mental hospital. Subsequently, Lahiri goes missing from the hospital. KD Pathak suspects that Lahiri has been kidnapped by the real culprit. To make matters worse, Lahiri's wife, Neerja, is found murdered with scratch marks of an animal on her body.

KD Pathak regains consciousness and finds himself on a beach in Goa. KD has no memory of how he ended up at the beach and even fails to remember his name. Meanwhile, in a district court in Goa, the judge waits for the arrival of KD. Varun, KD's assistant, informs the judge that KD is not answering his phone. Varun requests the judge to wait a while longer. KD was earlier at a farm house, trying to gather some evidence for a murder case. Later, a sniper tries to kill KD. Before the sniper can find his target, Varun arrives at the spot with the police and takes KD home. Varun's tries in vain to help KD regain his memory. Then, Varun persuades KD to fight Alfred Rego’s case in the court.

Alfred Rego was allegedly in a meeting when George Rego was killed, according to KD Pathak's testimony in court. The prosecution's attorney, Rajnath Salgaonkar, refutes KD's assertions, claiming that Alfred organized George's murder and employed hitmen to carry out his scheme. As he searches for proof, KD remembers that the attackers brought him to Chapora. Next, KD and Varun stumble into another trap meant to murder KD. But KD makes it through and apprehends the hitman. The hitman is shot dead by an unidentified assailant before he can identify George's murderer. The hunt for the shooter is over for KD and Varun. Then, Savio Fonseca calls KD and says he has discovered an important clue regarding the case. When KD meets Savio, he pulls a gun to KD's head and reveals himself to be a killer.

Saurabh, a journalist, is accused of murdering Rajesh. During the courtroom proceedings, KD Pathak claims that Rajesh was dead before the arrival of Saurabh. Inder Mohan Jaiswal, the prosecution lawyer, claims that the fingerprints found on the murder weapon are of Saurabh's. Later, KD finds that Sanjana, Saurabh's wife, has kleptomania. He discovers that Sanjana stole a perfume bottle from a shop in which Rajesh was employed. Rajesh used the CCTV footage of the theft to blackmail Saurabh. Later, KD learns that Rupal, Saurabh's colleague, has been promoted. He reasons that Rupal benefited from Saurabh's downfall and suspects her involvement in the murder.

KD Pathak learns that Rupal has been murdered. Sanjana suspects that the blackmailer has killed her. Later, the police apprehend Ashok, the blackmailer. Ashok informs KD that Rajesh was dead much before Saurabh's arrival. He claims that Saurabh and Rupal had an affair. When Inder Mohan Jaiswal hears this, he suspects that Saurabh murdered Rajesh to hide his affair with Rupal. After the court hearing concludes, Ashok is shot by an unidentified assailant. During the investigation, KD finds a vital clue which leads him to suspect the hand of Siddharth, Saurabh's boss, behind the murders.

Then, Subhangi's brother meets KD Pathak and persuades him to fight the case. During the courtroom proceedings, the prosecution lawyer proves that Subhangi has anger management issues. As Subhangi was upset with the politician for not letting her marry Roshan, the prosecution lawyer claims that Subhangi murdered the politician. Pathak presents this discovery in the court to support his claim that a racket of acquiring and selling kidneys of poor patients is being run at the Satyavati Hospital.

Mugdha Shetty goes to a college for shooting a horror documentary along with four others. Something goes wrong during the shoot and Mugdha manages to escape from the place. She comes home to Vikas and tries to explain that she had a paranormal experience in that place. Meanwhile, the police arrest her for murder. Mugdha and her husband approach Mr. Phatak. In the court, Mugdha explains the events that took place in the college but the prosecutor accuses her of being the murderer because of her split personality disorder. Phatak thinks that maybe Mugdha is telling the truth and hence decides to send his assistants to check if the college is really haunted.

After the snake almost bit K.D Phatak in the court, it was captured by the black magician and handed over to Mumbai Veterinary Hospital to test the poison snake. Pathak proves in the court that 3 murders took place while Aabha was in prison and hence, she is not the killer. The snake somehow escapes from the hospital. Andy, the bass guitarist of a rock band is accused of the murder of his band member Ryan. Andy being Varun’s cousin, KD Pathak takes up the case. A day later, the actress is found dead with the film reel wrapped around her body. Clearly, the culprit is Baalam. Hussain Kuwajerwala, an actor, and host of the famous singing reality show Indian Idol receives a text message from a female fan on the sets of an upcoming season of Indian Idol Junior. The fan continuously calls him and stalks him everywhere he goes. Trouble starts when she shows up in the same lift as him and on being stopped harshly by Hussain, she commits suicide in the lift itself and now Hussain approaches KD to prove his innocence in the case.

Swara, a simple woman, who works for the protection of Royal Bengal Tigers through her NGO, comes to meet KD Pathak with a complain against Uttam Chawdhary. Uttam had initially given her a part of his land for the purpose of her NGO but, all of a sudden, Uttam had transferred the same land in the name of another person. KD Pathak reads the documents provided by Swara and he assures her that he will help her get back her land as the case is very simple. But things turn severely complicated when Swara goes missing, three days before KD Pathak reaches Kolkata. Upon his arival, KD Pathak is shocked when he learns of her death. Further, a 'bagh bahadur' named Subodh is accused of Swara's murder but KD refuses to accept the fact that an innocent person like Subhodh could have managed to kill Swara. How will KD Pathak provide justice for the innocent one?
