With the kitchen and great room fully remodeled, Nathan Morris' Orlando mansion project is well on its way to becoming a hit property, but the work is far from finished. In order to get top dollar, this house will need not one but two luxurious master suites. Nathan and his partner, contractor Bryant Gipson, get to work expanding the footprint of the downstairs master while converting an ugly upstairs bedroom into a spacious second master. However, costly design changes and mislaid tile threaten to push the project into the red.

He has a bold vision to beautify the entertainment room, upgrade the outdoor kitchen and overhaul the pool with resort amenities including fiber-optic lighting that will shine like stars. Unfortunately, a hurricane barreling toward Orlando is derailing his progress and putting the entire project at risk.
